At Cummings Park Church We Affirm That:

We Are Saved By Grace.

We Live By Faith.

We Are Motivated By Love.

Our Mission

We exist to demonstrate the unconditional love of God to every individual, in hopes that every individual will be convinced of the great love that God, through Jesus Christ has for them.

What We Believe

At Cummings Park Church we believe the Bible is the infallible, inspired Word of God that was written by men of God as the Holy Spirit gave them utterance. As a result, we believe in everything it teaches and we do our best to teach on everything that is in it. Here are a few of our core beliefs:

We Believe…

  • In Jesus Christ as the Son of God who died for the sins of the world and rose again on the third day.
  • In the Triune Godhead, also known as the Trinity: The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit and they are One.
  • In the Unconditional Love of God that shows forth grace and mercy and at the same time holds all of us accountable.
  • In the Bodily Resurrection of Jesus Christ, that He rose with His own body and it could be handled.
  • In the Rapture of the Church, that one day soon Jesus will return and we will be caught up together to meet Him in the air.
  • In the Baptism of Water and of the Holy Spirit.
  • In Jesus as the only way to the Father and that one must be born again.
  • In the Person and the Work of the Holy Spirit, who is the 3rd Person of the Triune Godhead.
  • In the Finished Works of Jesus, that we are saved by grace through faith alone and it is a gift that we must receive.
  • In the Reality of Heaven and Hell and that we all will live eternally somewhere.
